Good question. We understand the inconvenience of having to wait, and then return to the site, only to find out that the product you want was usurped by someone else. The sooner you book, the better the chances. We offer a risk-free cancellation up to 24 hours before your event for a full refund of any money you’ve put down as a deposit. We get that things don’t always pan out. The weather is unpredictable, kids catch bugs, and plans change. Jump and Slide has you covered.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note, the billing address must be from the state of Georgia. Addresses outside of Georgia will require additional verification and may often be denied. We also accept business checks, which must clear our account 48 hours before your event unless prior arrangements have been made. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or cash payments, and our drivers do not carry cash or change. If you feel our drivers have done an exceptional job and wish to tip them, please do so directly with the driver.
